In addition to attending the instructional hours listed, a Member must:

1. Be a Member in Good Standing at the time of the award January 1, 2015

2. Be an active real estate agent

3. Have attended the hours of instruction at a Board/Association site approved by the state. Hours achieved outside of BEAR must be confirmed by an original letter from the instructor. Offsite hours must be submitted to BEAR by December 1, 2014.

4. Courses taken to obtain an original or Broker DPR license do not apply.

5. Orientation class hours do not apply.

6.  If the agent were to take a class at another Board or Licensed School, they may submit proof of class hours from the administrator and have it credited to the BEAR Education Achievement Awards.

 Hourly achievements will be announced at the end of each quarter.

In 2015 there will be 507 educational hours available at BEAR: 

1st Quarter (Jan. 1, 2014 – Mar. 31, 2014): 116 hours available

2nd Quarter (Apr. 1, 2014 – Jun. 30, 2014):  106 hours available

3rd Quarter (Jul. 1, 2014 – Sep. 30, 2014):  152 hours available

4th Quarter (Oct. 1, 2014 – Dec. 31, 2014): 133 hours available
