Download the eKEY® App

Install the official Supra eKEY app on your phone, then sign in with your authorization code (see Activate below).

Choose your store:

App Store (iPhone / iPad)

Android / Google Play(Phones & tablets)

Tip: Allow Bluetooth® and Notifications for faster entry and showing alerts.

Activate Your eKEY

1) Call BER Membership

Call (239) 992‑6771 (Mon–Fri, 8:30a–5:00p ET) or email membership@berealtors.org. We’ll enable your account and send you a text/email with a secure setup link.

2) Open the secure link

From our message, tap the link on your phone to launch the eKEY app and follow the prompts to complete setup.

The app may guide you to verify your eKEY serial number or request an authorization code automatically.

3) Set your PIN & biometrics

Choose a 4‑digit PIN you’ll use at boxes. Enable Face/Touch ID for speed.

4) Pair with a Bluetooth® iBox

Stand near the lockbox, press up on the bottom of the iBox to wake it, then follow in‑app prompts.

Didn’t get our text/email? Call Membership and we’ll resend instantly. Also check spam and confirm SMS is enabled on your line.

Pricing note: New activations include a one‑time Supra fee and monthly service billed by Supra. Contact Membership for current rates.

Using Supra: Common Tasks

Open a Lockbox / Get Keys

In eKEY: tap Obtain Key, then enter your PIN.

At the property, press up on the bottom of the iBox to turn on Bluetooth®.

When you see Successful, press up again to release the key container.

Release the Shackle (attach to a listing)

In eKEY: tap Open Shackle and enter your 4‑digit shackle code.

Choose a Reason (e.g., Adding a new listing), optionally enter address/MLS #, then tap Begin.

Press up on the bottom of the box → wait for Success → push the shackle down and pull up to remove.

Pro tip: From My Keyboxes → Program Keybox you can change the shackle code, require a CBS code, and set access hours.

Assign a Lockbox to a Listing

In eKEY: My Keyboxes → select box → Assign Listing, then enter the address or MLS number and save. This helps track showings and battery health.

Tips & Troubleshooting

Box won’t wake up

Press up firmly on the bottom to wake Bluetooth®. Check the app for battery status after connect.

Need to show with poor cell service

Open eKEY and refresh before you leave coverage so your access is current. At the property, Bluetooth® communication still works offline.

Forgot your PIN

Use SupraWEB → Change PIN or call Supra Support; you’ll need your eKEY serial number.

New phone?

Install eKEY on the new device and use a fresh Authorization Code from SupraWEB to sign in.
