Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors® Wins the NAR Platinum Global Achievement Award

Bonita Springs, Fla. (October 31, 2024) – The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has awarded the Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors® (BER) the Platinum Global Achievement Program Award for 2024. This prestigious honor recognizes BER's exceptional commitment to global real estate initiatives and marks a significant milestone for the organization.

Out of over 1,200 local REALTOR® associations across the United States, BER was selected as one of only 11 local associations and one state association nationwide to receive the Platinum award this year. BER rose above the competition by consistently providing its members with the highest level of service, equipping them with the tools, education, and networking opportunities needed to excel in the international real estate market. The organization has worked innovatively to connect its members to global business opportunities both within the local market and beyond.

As part of its global initiatives, BER has recently established a partnership with the Jamaica Association of Realtors, fostering opportunities for collaboration, cultural exchange, and mutual growth. This partnership is a testament to BER's commitment to expanding global connections and providing its members with international opportunities. BER has also participated in numerous trade missions, both past and upcoming, to further strengthen global ties and provide firsthand experiences for its members in international real estate markets.

About NAR's Global Achievement Program

The Global Achievement Program is designed to recognize and reward the most active associations in global business. Among the over 130 global business councils nationwide, each of these organizations has demonstrated the utmost commitment to helping members capture their share of the global real estate market in the United States, in addition to connecting their council and members to the global community in their local area.

Participating councils are divided into four status classifications based on their level of activity: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A council need not meet every criterion listed for a given status level if the size or demographics of its parent association do not warrant or allow it to do so. Those councils achieving each status classification are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and announced by the National Association of REALTORS® Engagement Team. A council's status year begins at NAR's REALTORS® Conference & Expo.

Councils are evaluated in five focus areas: Business Plan, Marketing & Communication, Events/Education, Outreach, and Benchmarking.
